Quality Control

• We have very strict quality control process for all of our products, following are the main things checked and monitored for quality control-
• IQC– All the raw materials are purchased as per the specifications fixed by us. Our vendor submit test reports for the material supplied by them, and then this report is cross checked in our own laboratory in factory.
• LEAD– Lead comes with a Spectro analysis test report usually it is 99.98-99.99% for pure lead, and for other alloys as per the specifications fixed by our R&D Team.
• Grey oxide– Grey oxide comes with an test report for the free lead, purity, AD.
• RED OXIDE– Red oxides checked for its purity, free lead content.
• ACID– we use acid of less than 3ppm. And each lot is tested in the factory.
• Separators– separators are checked for the electric conductivity, porosity, water absorption.
• Chemicals– All are checked as per the standard fixed.
